Overview

FOXO4-DRI is a cell-penetrating, D-retro-inverso peptide designed to disrupt the interaction between FOXO4 and p53 within senescent (“zombie”) cells. By interfering with this interaction, FOXO4-DRI causes nuclear exclusion of p53 and selectively triggers apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing healthy, non-senescent cells. It is one of the most widely cited compounds in senescent-cell-clearance research and is supplied here strictly for use in qualified laboratory research settings.
