Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping status, cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of research products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged product during shipping
  • Missing items from order
  • Manufacturing defect or packaging issue

To qualify for a return review:

  • The item must remain unopened and unused
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase and product photos may be required

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow:

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Shipping Responsibility
